I had a great time on this trip! It was my first time visiting Lake Mac, and I can definitely see why people love it out there. Getting camp set up was a lot more work than I expected, but honestly, that's part of the camping experience and made it feel even more rewarding once everything was in place. The scenery was beautiful, the vibe was chill, and it was nice to unplug for a bit and spend time outdoors. I would absolutely be interested in doing this again next year. In fact, I've learned that camping once a year is probably my sweet spot. 😂 One suggestion I would offer is to include one larger group activity and a few icebreakers early on. The trip was great, but I think having a dedicated opportunity for everyone to connect and get to know each other would make the experience even better and help build a stronger sense of community among the group. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I'm glad I went. Thanks to everyone who helped organize it!

I had so much fun. Ashley went out of her way to make sure I (and othered) were set up properly, helped with getting us on the beach and assisted with paddle boards. The beach was lovely. I’d go again.
